Prior to joining Green Arrow in 2014 Alessandro Di Michele was an executive Director at the London Stock Exchange Group, where he has been CFO and Board member of all the Italian branch (Borsa Italiana and other 6 subsidiaries). At the London Stock Exchange Group he lead the creation of Globesettle, a market infrastructure company based in Luxembourg, of which he was Chairman. Alessandro has been a Director of H3G Italy, the mobile arm of the Hutchinson Whampoa Group (3 mobile), where he oversaw the finance activities as Deputy CFO.

Alessandro holds a degree in Economics from Glasgow University and a Masters Degree in Microeconomics from the University of Cambridge.
